Payment 

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our studio in Delhi.

In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of the location.

Deliveries within India are Free, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

DITI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

International shipping rates are applicable separately as per actuals.

Shipping charges vary as per size and the country where the consignment is to be delivered.

Once the order is shipped, it takes about 4-7 working days to be delivered to the international address. However the timeline may vary based on the location.

Exchange and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality, color, or size of any items, please feel free to contact us, we will gladly exchange it for another color, or another item within the same price range. We will gladly assist you in exchanging any items you are not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:

-Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit

-We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made.

-The customer has to bear shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

–   DITI is not responsible for any lost shipments.

Refund and Cancellations

Refunds(If Applicable)

The product will only qualify for a refund if it has reached the customer in a damaged / poor condition. Damaged product, if received, must be notified within 48 hours of delivery supported with pictures. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging. 

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed the customer has to notify us within 24hours to make any changes or cancellations.
